It could be your payment not reflecting, incorrect charge, a missed payment, or a discrepancy in your credit balance, here are steps you can take to rectify the situation:

  1. Identify the Error: Kindly determine the nature of the repayment error by paying attention to the feedback you receive from the app. Understanding the specific issue will help you address it more effectively. If you are still not successful after several attempts, please contact Fido Customer Support.
  2.  Check Payment Status: Verify the status of any pending payments or transactions. Determine whether your payment is marked as pending, failed, or incomplete, as this will provide insight into the nature of the error. We advise you call your mobile network service provide to rectify the issue.
  3. Contact Customer Support: If you are still not successful after several attempts, please contact Fido Customer Support. If applicable, attach supporting documentation such as screenshots of the error, confirmation, or receipts received from your mobile network service provider. Providing visual evidence can help quicken the resolution process and ensure that the support team has all the necessary information to assist you.
