How do I pay back my credit?

You can repay your FidoBiz credit via the Fido App or using the USSD steps below:

1. Dial *284*300#
2. Enter your Fido pin
3. Select the “Loan Services” option (1)
4. Select the credit you want to repay
5. Enter the amount you want to repay
6. Select the registered wallet you want to pay from
7. Enter your PIN into the payment prompt on your selected wallet

Airtel USSD

1. Dial: *185*9# or *165*9#
2. Enter Merchant ID: 4312373
3. Enter Amount to Pay:
4. Enter Reference:
5. Confirm with PIN

MTN USSD

1. Dial *165*4*4#
2. Enter Merchant code: fido1
3. Enter Reference
4. Enter amount
5. Confirm PIN
