How do I request my mobile money statement?

Requesting for your mobile money statement has been made a lot easier! Simply make sure that you request the statement using the same wallet number that you used to register in the Fido app. Follow the steps below to request your statement.

Dial *185#
Select option 10 (My account)
Selection option 3 (Request Statement)
Enter email address (Enter your email)
Enter the Date in the format provided.
Enter to Date in the same format provided.
Enter your PIN.

Check your email after a short period (15 minutes)

Dial *165#
Select option 8 (Account)
Select option 4 (My Transactions)
Select option 2 (Request statement)
Select option 3 (30 days)
Enter email address
Enter your PIN.

Check your email after a short period (15 minutes)
