How to request and upload your MTN statement?

Requesting for your mobile money statement has been made a lot easier. Your MTN statement is important for improving your Fido Score by confirming your financial activity. Ensure you request your MTN statement using the same mobile wallet number that you linked to your Fido account. Follow the steps below to request and upload your statement.

To upload your MTN statement; log into your Fido account and kindly follow the procedure:


  • Go to your Profile, then to Fido score.
  • Select "add financial information"
  • Next, select MTN Statement and add your MTN statement.






The MTN statement must be in PDF format and must be from the last two months.








Kindly follow the steps below to request your MTN statement:

  • Dial *165#
  • Select option 8 (Account)
  • Select option 4 (My Transactions)
  • Select option 2 (Request statement)
  • Select option 3 (30 days)
  • Enter email address 
  • Enter your PIN.



Check your email after a short period (15 minutes)




The MTN statement must be in PDF format and must be from the last two months.
