If you’re already a Fido customer and want to access Salary Advance, the first step is to make sure your employer is partnered with Fido. Salary Advance is available only to employees whose organizations have an active partnership with us. This allows us to confirm your employment securely and offer you the right limits.
How to get started
If your employer is not yet partnered with Fido, simply speak to your HR or Finance team and ask them to contact us at info.ug@fidocredit.com to begin the partnership process. Once your organization is onboarded, you can proceed with your Salary Advance application directly in the Fido App.
If your employer is already partnered with Fido
Once your company is confirmed as a Fido partner, follow these steps in your Fido App:
- Log in to the Fido App using your phone number and PIN.
- Allow all permissions when prompted, this ensures the app works smoothly.
- Complete the survey questions shown on the app (this helps calculate your Fido Score).
- Upload your recent payslip (within 3 months) under Proof of Employment to verify your salary.
- Reach a minimum Fido Score of 251 to unlock eligibility.
Once you complete these steps and meet the requirements, your Salary Advance offer will appear automatically in the app, no paperwork, no employer forms, and no manual processing.

Our system will review your information automatically. You’ll receive a notification in the app once your Salary Advance is successfully processed.
